Service Outreach
The school is sensitive to the needs of the people who face misfortune in life. Some of the services rendered recently by the school are:
Victims of Ethnic clash:
The students generously contributed their clothes- 23 gunny bags, stationeries- 2 cardboard boxes and cash Rs. 4545/- for the victims of ethnic clash in Kokrajhar, Assam. The materials were sent through the Generalate, Guwahati.
For Physically challenged people:
The students contributed around Rs. 33,000/- for the visually impaired people of Sneha Jyoty, Bangalore. The speech & hearing impaired children from Ferrando Speech & Hearing Centre, Barapani had displayed their concert in the school auditorium for the intention of getting help and support. The students contributed Rs. 83380/ in cash apart from lighting and sound system expense.
For Less fortunate people:
The students contributed a good number of clothes for the less privileged people of the society. The clothes were dispatched through the Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) of Shillong unit during Christmas. The students generously and willingly contributed whatever they had as their pocket money for the day after hearing the plight of an old man on the road side. The students themselves handed over Rs. 6300/- to the man.
